To help expedite the support requests, please be prepared to provide the following when reaching out. 

    • Name of Delaget partner that you are working with 
    • ID for location in question 
    • Business date in question 
    • Example employee/punch (if applicable) 

 

  

What to expect working with our support team? 

  • An immediate acknowledgement that we have received your request along with the assigned case number 
  • An update when the case is initially reviewed and assigned to a support agent within 4 business hours 
  • Feedback on your specific request within 1 business day of assignment 
  • Follow up on your case every 3-5 business days if it’s not resolved with the first response
